This looks like a postcard that went to Grandma Jansz after she came to Pella. It is dated July 4th 1912. Almost 6 years to the day that the
first postcard is dated. Sometime between 1906 and 1912, Grandma Jansz, Martha and Bill, sailed to America. Pella must have been pretty small
since there is no street address. I wonder who sent this, looks like J.R Heek. I can't believe it was readable by Grandma (Gerrtije) Jansz.
Translation of card was provided by Jan Terink in Holland through WikiTree. Here is what he said:
I think postcard translates to: The railway tracks are now finished. It is easier now to come to you! Are you doing allright? We do too fortunately I
received your Dollars thankfully.
Since this came from Holland to America, ( the rairoad tracks ? ) So... they have an under the ocean railway line we didn't know about... LOL.
Mom could not read the postcard.
